Learning through peer-to-peer interactions.  Peer Assisted Learning is a widely applied strategy used in classrooms and other educational settings.

It can be facilitated by a teacher as a carefully structured activity for pairs, or group work.

Or all the learning can be facilitated by peer educators.

The Apause peer programmes are led entirely by peer educators while the adult-led units use peer to peer learning, but involve feedback and discussion facilitated by adults.
