When a school first begins to use these materials we offer:

A school visit to introduce materials, rationale and background to school managers, subject leads and health service lead

On the same day a twighlight session (ideally an hour and a half to two hours) for adults involved in delivery including teachers adn health professionals

A copiable CD/DVD to allow additional revision/preparation by individual staff with some detailed information about delivery of each exercise, emphasisng any pinch points
